Midas

Recently moved to Gainesville and had to find a new place to get my oil changed as I had been going to the same place for over 5 years before. I was nervous about bringing my car somewhere new as I think most people would be. I was highly impressed with this Midas and will be a returning customer. You could hear the guys in the back singing and having a good time which is always a good sign! Shout out to Chris and Samantha as they were both very personable and easy to talk to!

I had a great experience at Midas! The engine shield at the bottom of my car was drooping, and Carson was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions about the repair and what may have caused it. Josh fixed the issue so quickly and had me back on the road in just 15 minutes. I was seen immediately, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. Thanks for the excellent service, I will absolutely return!

Highly recommend! Chris, the store manager, was very kind and did an excellent job. He took great care of my daughter and made sure we always knew what was going on throughout the process. His communication and customer service were greatly appreciated. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier!

I brought my vehicle to Midas during an emergency situation, and I could not be more satisfied with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the team was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. The repair itself was highly complicated, yet their technicians handled the job with remarkable efficiency, expertise, and professionalism. Most importantly, they were able to get me safely back on the road in a very timely manner. What truly stood out was their honesty, transparency, and fair pricing throughout the entire process. It is rare to find an automotive service center that combines technical excellence with outstanding customer care the way this Midas location does. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service.
